Our patented precursors are specifically developed to simplify coating and densification processes using CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and CVI (Chemical Vapor Infiltration).  Starfire offers two cost-effective CVD/CVI precursors that reduce cycle times, decrease the energy required for infiltration, form no corrosive byproducts in the CVD process, and have minimal impact on the environment.  Both products are easily delivered to the CVD process by bubbler or vapor-draw.  See the Product Data Sheets for more information.
