Put our more than 10 years of specialization in organo-silane chemistry to your use.  Through our extensive research on carbosilanes, carbosiloxanes, and related compounds we have developed a broad range of silane compounds as CVD precursors to form thin films of silicon carbide and high purity intermediates for the synthesis of pharmaceuticals, Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLED's), catalysts, cross linking or coupling agents for silicones and other fine chemical synthesis.

In particular, Starfire has created a highly efficient synthesis route for the manufacture of heterocyclic silanes encompassing silacyclobutanes, pentanes and hexanes.

Starfire also offers the following specialty silanes: [Si(OEt)2CH2]n, [Si(OMe)2CH2]n, [SiMe(OEt)CH2]n, and [SiMe(OMe)CH2]n. These polymers are useful as cross-linking/coupling coupling agents for silicones and the formulation of thin dielectric thin films for electronic applications.
