Starfire® Systems is a specialty materials and prototyping company focused on Polymer-to-Ceramic™ technology. We utilize 20 years of experience in polymer chemistry and materials science to create engineered material systems allowing customers to mold near net-shaped components. These components can then be converted to ceramic products using inexpensive equipment.

We supply specialty silicon-based molecules, ceramic forming polymers, engineered systems and prototypes.
Starfire® Systems materials have proven invaluable in a number of applications, most notably a paste-like sealant called NOAX, developed for NASA by Alliant Techsystems, Inc.
Today, no Space Shuttle flies without Starfire® polymer on-board!
